1. All information collected by us in the course of business shall
be used only so as to ensure correct billing and delivery for goods
sold.
1a. Customer address information will not be supplied to any other
party.
1b. We do not allow any other business to access our database.
1c. We do not supply your email address or other information to
other parties for use in mass mail outs.
2. We offer customers a notification service when new items are
featured on our website.
2a. Customers must opt in for this service using the appropriate
box on the order form.
2b. Customers who ask not to receive this service will not be contacted
by us for any reason except in acknowledging orders.
2c. Once a customer has opted to receive this service, a specific
email must be sent to
us to cancel it. Simply asking not to receive the service when placing
the next order will not remove an existing service.
3. Occasionally prospective customers ask us for email addresses
of satisfied customers for the purpose of verifying our business.
3a. We will not pass on any details to such prospective customers
without the express prior approval of the existing customer.
3b. We will only choose customers with whom we have a long-established
and close personal relationship for such referrals.
3c. We will only pass on such details as the customer specifically
allows. In most cases this will be no more than an email address
and State and Country of residence.
3d. All our customers have an absolute right to totally refuse to
be involved in this process, which will be accepted by us without
question.
